Lagoon Pool

Hwy 54 Is Now Available for Birthday Party Rentals! OUTDOOR POOL OPENS SATURDAY, MAY 1ST!

 

     The following rules pertain to the outside lagoon pool for the summer season.  All who participate in this area of the WORLD GYM facility must adhere to the stated rules.  WORLD GYM staff has the right and the responsibility to eject anyone from the pool and/or facility for misconduct.

1.   Everyone who enters the pool area must first check-in at the front desk.  All World Gym members
      will be required to swipe their membership card and all guests will be required to sign a guest
      waiver and pay the appropriate guest fee.

2.   Swim / play at your own risk.  No lifeguard on duty.

3.   Lagoon pool ranges in depths of one foot to four feet.  NO Diving.

4.   No running, pushing, shoving or horseplay in pool or pool area. 

5.   No playing on or jumping off of the waterfall.

6.   No smoking, chewing tobacco or gum in pool area.

7.   No alcoholic beverages allowed to be brought into the facility.

8.   No large flotation devices.

9.  No refunds due to inclement weather.  Instead Rain Checks good for up to two weeks will be
      issued.

10.  No reserving of tables and chairs.  First come, first serve basis please.

11.  No glass products allowed in pool or pool area.

12.  Please place all trash in trashcans provided.

13.  Radios with headphones only.  Please be considerate of those around you.

14.   Appropriate swimsuits required:  No cut-offs, t-shirt or street clothes. Children not potty trained
        MUST wear swim diapers.

15.  Children under the age of fourteen must be with an adult at all times.  A person is considered an 
       adult at eighteen years of age and older.

16.   Parents are responsible at all times for their children outside of the childcare room.

17.   Everyone MUST shower before entering the pool after working out and/or playing sand
         Volleyball.  Children are not allowed to play in the sand.

18.   Report all accidents to the Front Desk.  Dial “O” on the phone located by the showers.   

19.  World Gym follows the same inclement weather closings as the Kedron
      Aquatics Center.  Our closing policy states: 

           “At the first sound or sighting of thunder and lightning, all bodies of water will be closed. 
            This includes the lagoon pool, the indoor lap pool and the hot tub.  All three water areas
            will remain closed until a 30-minute period of no visible sound or sighting of thunder or
            lightning has been observed”.

LAGOON POOL HOURS:
                        
Monday – Thursday      9:00am – 8:30pm

 Friday                            9:00am – 8:30pm

 Saturday                        9:00am – 6:30pm

                                                             Sunday                         10:00am – 6:30pm        

POOL FEES:

I.   All World Gym “PEACH,” “PTC ONLY,” “FAYETTE,”  “HWY 54 ONLY” and FV54 ONLY 
     members are entitled to use of the lagoon pool at no additional fee.  If you are unsure of your   
     status, simply ask the Front Desk staff for clarification.

II. The lagoon pool fees are broken into three separate categories:

     1.   Immediate Family Members of World Gym members who are not on the World Gym
           Membership:
           a. Infants (Newborns to those 1 year of age) – Free.
           b. Children age one to fourteen years of age - $3 per visit.
           c. Individuals fourteen and older - $6 per visit.  Fee includes full use of the gym for the day.

     2.  Guest of World Gym Members:  (Member MUST accompany the guest).
           a. Infants (Newborns to those 1 year of age) - $1.00.
           b. Children age one to fourteen years of age - $5 per visit.
           c. Individuals fourteen and older – Local Guests pay $12.00 per visit.  Out-of-Town guest with  
               proof of out-of-town residency pay $6.  Fee includes full use of the gym for the day.

     3.  Walk-In Guests: 

          a.  $12 per person
          b.  $8 per person for local hotel guest with proof of stay.  
          c.  $6 per person for IHRSA members.
          d.  FREE to out of town WORLD GYM members with Travel Pass. 

           
    Note:  * Those individuals who pay to have their children go into the childcare for the day do not                   
                  pay again for use of the lagoon pool on the same day.

              ** Those “FAYETTE ONLY” members follow the same fee structure as those stated in No.1:                 
                   “Immediate Family Members of World Gym Members not on the World Gym
                    Membership.”
