CROSS COUNTRY TRAIL RACE WORLD GYM was happy to participate in the first of its kind Cross County Trail Run held on Saturday, Oct 13th at Sandy Creek High School benefiting that school as well as Flat Rock Middle School. With approximately 200 participants, it was a beautiful morning to get outside for some exercise and be with friends!
