At WORLD GYM, we go to great lengths to provide group fitness classes that are fun, energetic and guaranteed to bust you out of workout boredom! Whether you are a novice or seasoned group fitness fanatic, we have a class for you. Join us for one of our 7 Body Training Systems Classes: Group Power™, Group Step™, Group Ride™, Group Centergy™, Group Groove™, Group Kick™, and our newest program Group Active™. We also offer the best in freestyle classes from Heartzones™ Cycling, Muscle Challenge, Yoga, Pilates, Step Sculpt, Aqua classes, and our newest “fusion” classes! Our group fitness instructors/personal trainers are the best in the area, so give us a try….and we will make you SWEAT!!!

Jodi Rassett is our Group Fitness Director at World Gym Peachtree City , Hwy 54 and Fayetteville . Jodi's vision for group fitness is to provide the best and latest programming as it relates to our World Gym members. She challenges the members to cross-train by providing a variety of classes at different times of the day. World Gym offers classes from 5:15am until 7:30pm . Jodi also challenges her instructors to be the best that they can be so members will have a fun-filled, educational and high intensity workout. My hobbies include spending time with my husband of 21 years and our two daughters. We love to travel and stay active. I have just recently introduced my 16 and 18 year old daughters to my love of group exercise and participate regularly with them in step, kickboxing, spin and weight classes.

My training philosophy includes cardio respiratory, and aerobic conditioning, weight training, and nutritional guidance. I am a strong believer in cross-training and feel that participating in a variety of fitness programs and classes is the best way to get the body to respond to achieve your personal fitness goals.

Married 7 years and have 2 kids ages 4 and 18 months. We have moved 5 times within 3 states since married. I designed and am currently sewing my girlfriends wedding gown and have a small alterations side business. I am also involved with the Moms Club of Fayetteville. I enjoy sewing, reading, hiking, biking and spending time with friends and family

Personal Accomplishment & Hobbies:

That I have a happy home is my biggest accomplishment. I love to ride bike and travel. Reading is also a fave.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:

Its got to be fun and not so serious, because if it's miserable you will find reasons not to come to the gym and hit the machines or get on your mat and do your practice. Enlighten up.
