Jodi Rassett is our Group Fitness Director at World Gym Peachtree City , Hwy 54 and Fayetteville . Jodi's vision for group fitness is to provide the best and latest programming as it relates to our World Gym members. She challenges the members to cross-train by providing a variety of classes at different times of the day. World Gym offers classes from 5:15am until 7:30pm . As far as accomplishments, I am just thrilled to be at a place in my life where I am content. My husband and children are my greatest joy.
I herniated three discs with subsequent cervical neck fusion surgery in January 2001 and the doctors told me I would never bike again. I looked at them & told them that they were wrong. In 2002, my husband bought me a Giant trail bike and the rest is history! And I shouldn't be able – at all – to teach dance but life is way too short!
Hobbies:
Obviously biking & dance! I enjoy going on golf cart rides with my family, adopting animals in need, reading, computer solitaire, getting that neck massaged and going to Piedmont Park - walking around & eating at an outside bistro with my kids & hubby. Sadly, for an aerobics instructor, I LOVE to eat and, typically, the saltier the better! You will often find me in a Mexican restaurant hording the guacamole!
