At WORLD GYM, we go to great lengths to provide group fitness classes that are fun, energetic and guaranteed to bust you out of workout boredom! Whether you are a novice or seasoned group fitness fanatic, we have a class for you. Join us for one of our 7 Body Training Systems Classes: Group Power™, Group Step™, Group Ride™, Group Centergy™, Group Groove™, Group Kick™, and our newest program Group Active™. We also offer the best in freestyle classes from Heartzones™ Cycling, Muscle Challenge, Yoga, Pilates, Step Sculpt, Aqua classes, and our newest “fusion” classes! Our group fitness instructors/personal trainers are the best in the area, so give us a try….and we will make you SWEAT!!!

Jodi Rassett is our Group Fitness Director at World Gym Peachtree City , Hwy 54 and Fayetteville . Jodi's vision for group fitness is to provide the best and latest programming as it relates to our World Gym members. She challenges the members to cross-train by providing a variety of classes at different times of the day. World Gym offers classes from 5:15am until 7:30pm . Jodi also challenges her instructors to be the best that they can be so members will have a fun-filled, educational and high intensity workout. My personal accomplishments are marring by perfect husband (wait a minute no one is perfect), serving in the USAF, staying at home fulltime with my two children and of course teaching classes that I think sometime I enjoy too much(there is no such thing).
