Welcome to our Massage Therapy Department! We are pleased to be able to assist you in being the best you can be through the ancient art of healing touch. All of our certified Therapists are highly skilled in both pain relief and relaxation modalities and will tailor your session for YOU. Whether you have already experienced the many benefits of Massage, or it is something new for you, our Therapists will make you feel comfortable in our soothing Massage Therapy rooms. Massage Therapy has been shown to:  Reduce body pain due to muscle strain
Improve recovery time after workouts
Boost the circulatory and immune systems
Increase flexibility
Detoxify the body
Studies also show massage gives long term relief from low back pain!
Massage Therapy appointments can be booked through the front desk, and gift certificates are always available for purchase. Treat someone special (like yourself) to a massage! Current rates are $70.00 for a full hour and $40.00 for a half hour. Also, the Massage Therapy Department is open to non-members and is an excellent way to treat out of town guests, or introduce a friend to World Gym!
