BACKGROUND AND HOBBIES:
While growing up on the beaches of Florida, I enjoyed many sports and outdoor activities as an adolescent and young adult. I played soccer, volleyball, ran track, and participated in co-ed sports with the local recreation center. Through my college years, I instructed group fitness classes such as Cycling and Step Aerobics. I have always led an active lifestyle and have been passionate about fitness. In recent years, I have participated in several 5k and 10k runs and also 2 Triathlon Sprints.
Also, I am the mother of two hyper, wonderful young boys and I know how it is to juggle fitness while being a full-time mother. While the birth of a child comes with some amazing experiences, having a little one also presents time management challenges. After both pregnancies, I developed a way to exercise efficiently and effectively in the least amount of time.
In addition to Personal Training, I also teach a wide variety of Group Fitness classes such as Zumba, Muscle Fusion, Cycling, and Barre.
