Fitness is three pronged - strength training, cardiovascular training and flexibility training. In order to maximize your results - use all 3 components. The process is quite simple, the results are awesome! If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got! Change your fitness routine every 6-8 weeks for the best results.

Linda is so full of energy, and her positive attitude always motivates me to push my limits. Although she encourages us to listen to our bodies and not over exert ourselves, she still holds us accountable to what she knows we can do and to keeping good form. Linda is a very unique trainer and instructor and I have had plenty! She is not shy to reach out when she notices you are new to class. She immediately welcomes you and asks your name. She seems to make a memory of you and your name and somehow remember it when you return again. By then you are hooked! Her demeanor towards her class is that she wants each and every single one of us to return and she portrays it in such a meaningful way that she got us all coming in at 5:15am class twice a week!!! Another way that she is such an example for us to remain healthy, is that SHE remains healthy and you can see how fit she is. She'll give us tips (WE ARE ALL PRETTY MUCH IN OUR LATE 40'S) and we can SEE her advise works, because she LIVES IT! Well I could go on and on, but to all of YOU out there considering a personal trainer, I would train with Linda because the truth it that your hard earned $$ will be very well invested. Thanks a million, Linda! Thanks so much for all that you have done to make me a much healthier “old man”! When I first consulted you, I was a 210 pound jogger (25 miles per week), but still did not “feel good”. You advised me to vary my workouts, use a heart rate monitor, add strength training and stretching exercises. You also me advised to eat healthier. Wow! The results have been fantastic!
