TYPICAL TRAINING WEEK FOR ME
A typical week of training for myself is going to include hitting all the major muscle groups with heavy compound movements (movements that include multiple joints) then to completely fatigue the muscles with isolation sets with moderate to intense cardio for heart health, fat & burning.
My favorite movie of all time would probably be Pulp Fiction; Quentin Tarantino just has an amazing way with the English language!
FAVORITE CHEAT FOOD
I love to have that one cheat day in relation to my diet which generally is Mexican food! Love me some fajitas & margaritas! Hey I’m only human what can I say
